DESIGN
After the initial contact is made with EAM alarms we will arrange for one of our designers to visit your premises at a time convenient to you for a no obligation free security survey. The designer that visits your premises will also be the installation engineer so that you will always have a single point of contact, and a friendly face to remember. Once all the information has been collated EAM alarms will design a specific security system which matches your criteria and provide you with a full detailed specification list and position of equipment.

INSTALLATION
EAM alarms do not use sub contractors for our installations, as mentioned above the designer that visits your premises are fully qualified in each product from the installation of the cables and containment to the setup and demonstration of the equipment being installed. This provides us/you greater control over the quality of the work. The engineer will be your single point of contact throughout the installation.EAM alarms will provide a schedule of works for you to agree prior to commencing on site and where applicable he/she will also be responsiable for organising and co ordinating any associated works such as civil contractors.



MAINTENANCE
EMA alarms provide flexible maintenance and service levels for all of our installations as well as your existing systems.We have a dedicated team of fully trained field based service engineers who are on hand 365 days a year for emergency breakdowns and routine maintenance. At each scheduled visit the system receive a complete service ensuring that each component is functioning correctly.
